Hello
I am looking for any recomendations for a property lawyer who can help me sort out my mum's house whose probate is being handled by another firm of solicitors.
The house is a little complicated and I am looking for a top notch firm anywhere in the UK who people have had good experiences with in advising in property matters especially (but not in exclusion) where probate is involved.

I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

It's going to cost- solicitors in this area are among the most expensive per hour.
Where is the house?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
It would help if OP could indicate a bit more detail about the nature of the "problem". Possibly explanation of what the solicitors are doing/not doing is all that is needed.RICHARD WEBSTER
