Roboform

Please can someone tell me what to do as I have downloaded Roboform,, but it will not open on my Firefox.it just sits there closed on its toolbar ,, i have also downloaded the added extra to help it play on FF,,( RoboformXClose) thats it and then it flashes on and off

,,.it is okay on my IE..

I have XP

please please help

thats weird where did you download it from?

I have roboform installed on FF3 and it works fine. Check in the options the green button -> orange cog. And under toolbar check the Upper bar is showing. Also check under adaptors that the bottom tickbox is checked.

If you go in taskbar near clock you will see a little green box thing right click on that and run mouse up to Browser make sure it shows the browser you use

On PC, Pocket PC and on USB keys. I've never used (or needed) the "RoboformXClose" thing.

If you are using an older version of Roboform, designed for an earlier version of FF, you may need to download and install the latest version of the adaptor from the Roboform site:

it is attached to the browser FF so thats fine


its still sits there ,,it used to work but not any more

(roboform toolbar X close) if you hold the cursor over it ,,, it comes up show/hide roboform toolbar but even if you click on it it does nothing

its an excellent tool and I need it but how to get it to work???????

I have RF working with both IE7 and FF 3.0.3 as I write.

RF is also on my USB key working with FF Portable. Everything works straight after installation, I've only had to download and install new adaptors whenever FF or IE7 have been updated and RF has been kicked out by the update.
