Windows Media & ITV Catch up picture quality

Hi,
I am hoping somebody might be able to help me.
I am trying to watch a TV show on the ITV catch-up service and if I stay on the small screen on their webpage I get sound but no picture and if I choose the full screen option I get wierd picture (of bright totally wrong colours).
I have tried viewing it in Windows Media Player, but it has the same problem.
Funnly the BBC iplayer works fine though.
