(daft?) Ryanair question..?

Hi all
I have a booking on Ryanair to travel with 4 people. I want to check in on-line but one of my friends cannot come. Is this going to be a problem when i get to the airport?
I.e. if I online-check-in 4 people, will they have an issue when only three people turn up? Sounds daft I know but i can see them charging me...Checked the FAQ's and they don't cover it..
Please advise!
Thanks :-)

No there shouldn't be a problem. Just check in the 3 who are going.Member #7 SKI-ers Club

An interesting question !
Will they allow you to complete the on-line check-in, if it's not complete, i.e. one of your group is not checking in ?
This of course means that you all will have to check in at the airport instead, and of course that will cost you all.
As it's Ryanair you are dealing with nothing will be straight-forward, and you can bet your life it will cost you.Their motto should be 'never give a customer an even break'.Peter0 -
hi there
yeah thats right..certain they won't let me check in without checking in the fourth person...err..?0 -
I'm sure you can check in each passenger on the booking separately - I managed to do this by accident last week and almost didn't check my fella in!

.....
Thankfully I know diddly about Ryanair and their terms and conditions, but surely you can check in all four persons and then your mate is simply a no show?
Surely (he says perhaps naively) Ryanair don't have some unique and rather daft rule that prevents the rest of a group booking flying if one person is a no show? ..... After all, no shows be they part of a group or otherwise are a daily occurence for any airline and a quick google indicates Ryanair have 900,000 a year. The MSE Dictionary

I'm pretty sure that online check in is per person. I seem to remember being annoyed that I had to do it several times.
If not just check in everyone - you get individual passes.0 -
When going to online check in you have to tick each passenger to bring up their details so just check in the ones you have the passport details for that will be travelling.0
