Have you the latest version of adobe reader?

I have just tried your link, however after trying to install, I had a message that read,
Error 1714older version of adobe 9 cannot be removed, contact your Technical support.0 -
oh dear!
Download CCLEANER
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Run the CLEANER and REGISTRY cleaner parts
Then goto TOOLS and try to uninstall the ADOBE READER you have now:idea:0 -
Try downloading Foxit Reader from here http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm
Its a great deal smaller and a lot faster to load. If you like it, uninstall Adobe.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
