just got through to BG regarding CE5,, AND CE6 prices..



got all my account info,, was only on hold 10 mins...


0800 048 0202.. free phone BT other companies may charge..


when i ring on 0845 im on hold for up to an hour....!!!! wonder why??

If you wish to ring on your mobile and have an inclusive minutes deal, then ring 0113 3381022. (The vast majority of mobile companies now charge for 0800 calls).

Couldn't agree more, BLF I could have started a new thread, I suppose, but I just thought it prudent to keep the telephony 'secrets' in this one thread. My post was in no way a criticism of the OP.

That BG 'landline' number mentioned above has now changed and it is
0113298 0900.

For the last few months all bills from BG have freephone numbers all them.

Yup, if you ring on a charging number the spiel will give you the free phone 0800 number

Did not even realise it had been this long since i last had to ring.
Must admit BG customer service has improved 100% since i first signed up with them.
