When or if it drops to 9000, that's probably when everyone dumps their stock at any price. Then the pin is out of the grenade.

It really feels like capitulation TODAY, the Vix is showing mid 50s and people are already throwing in the towel, US treasuries are hot. I am hoping Dunstoh is right about fund managers being able to mitigate losses on th way down compared to Trackers, somehow I doubt it (they just charge more).'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Unless they do nothing or the market bounces back just as quick then they wont be as bad as a tracker0

Fair Dinkum Kittie, the market dropped just below 9600 and has bounced off that level (at least for the moment).'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. Selling at this point in a crash has previously been a mugs game, as the saying goes ' If you are going to panic, PANIC EARLY. Then again 'It may be different this time''Just think for a moment what a prospect that is.
