How do I get hold of my Egg shares?

Many moons ago I purchased Egg shares when they originally floated. The share certificate etc was sent via email. Stupidly I never printed any of it out and when we changed broadband suppliers I lost my email with the details on.
Does anyone know who I write to or contact to get a new copy of my share certificate? It also doesn't help that I've moved house and got married since purchasing them.
I know I should have done this sooner but the takeover by Pru has pushed me into action
TIA

Hi, Kelsey,
It is *very* unlikely that a share certificate was sent by e-mail. It was probably a contract note. Were the shares bought through an online broker? If so, they will most likely be in a nominee account; go back to the broker and check.
You can have certificates re-issued by the registrar of the company, Lloyds TSB in this case. There are charges involved unfortunately.

Thanks very much for the links :T (sites down at moment for maintenance)
I bought direct from Egg and didn't go through a broker - it was at the time when they floated that I think initially only people with Egg cards etc could get shares.
Anyway I'll go though the links and hopefully get it all sorted
Thanks again
