said in stock, after payment confirmation said out of stock, phoned them and they said they had stock this morning but it went to pre orders0

I only saw the out of stock message when I'd entered all my details too. Something naughty about that.0

Ive got an order no.but no email CS said even when you get the email it dosnt mean you will get one. She said I could wait in all day for delivery but still not get one!
This is driving me mad.
Yesterday I ordered one form game and today I had an email explaining order cancelled and no stock left as my card number was input incorrectly.If you dont ask for discount you don't get discount0 -
My order went though fine.
I have also rang them up to check. And they confirmed delivery tomorrow.
RESULT.0 -
When I finally got through to argos they were out of stock but told to call back over the weekend.I am begining to wonder if there is a pattern emerging first boots the argos?.
.One good thing is I have managed to get a pink ds today from argos 0 -
Ordered full system, got order number but no e-mail from Argos. Rang customer services and they read a message (dated 6/12) on their system:
Core System - stock available, delivery from Friday.
Full system - receiving them next week, for delivery before Xmas. Customers are being rung to be told that they can downgrade to a core system (and get refunded the difference) and will be offered a small gesture of goodwill.
So, that was the position a couple of days ago, and related to earlier orders. We'll see...0 -

I tried and went all the way through checkout - but at the very end after processing through my cc details it just came up with a page 'would you like to register your details' - I had no confirmation page - and haven't received an e-mail yet either. When I tried again I went all the way through checkout but after my cc details came up with a page 'out of stock' enter your e-mail details to be informed when back in stock.
So I don't know if the first one went through ok or not - doubt it very much though seeing as I've not had confirmation e-mail - and knowing my luck even if I did - it would still be cancelled or lost in the system.0 -
I just managed to order a core system - got confirmation no.
