I tried that number and was told they couldn't deal with the Xbox360!

Not true. It's definitely postcode related. I just tried phoning Argos Direct and used the website quoting my home postcode. No joy on both counts. Just retried the website using the holiday postcode (Sheringham nr Cromer) and I was able to place an order online. Have delivery confirmed for Monday. Just have to find a way of being in Norfolk when I'm meant to be at work here in Cambs!

Am getting a little worried about this. Placed an order just after they became available. However tried calling CS to confirm, and she said it was out of stock and that "the internet is letting people place orders when there is no stock".

She didn't seem 100% sure, just said that nothing was showing on her system. Though to "wait and see"

Try again thats the only way to order it like i did ???? I said ide just recieved a email saying in stock and placed a order and as far as postode is concerned it didnt seem a issue when i ordered.
