Or if you want to be very healthy, low-fat and still tasty: heat up some tomato/vegetable juice (I've used one of those little tins of V8) and add a drop or two of tabasco. Is really good with baked salmon, but it would go well with smoked haddock too.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I like to chuck in a casserole dish: 1 can coconut milk, couple tablespoons sweet chili sauce, 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 tbsp nam pla (or pinch salt), some chopped spring onions. (taste and adjust seasonings)
Add cut up white fish and bake for 25? mins in a moderate oven (I never really know how long - no more than 35 mins). et voila Thai coconut fish. Serve with plain rice.

    It's only a game

Think you've made it now Orkney, but as a late runner - spinach/watercress with some cream & lashings of black pepper...
LOL we ended up at the chippy last night (did not have fish though!) so the fish is now for tonight ;).
    Too many ideas now lol.
    Thanks
