Hi Mikkir,
You can send the CCA to he Reigate PO Box No as, according to the PO this will be signed for. It may be signed for as part of a daily 'bundle' though so will be a bit harder to trace. I would send directly to the Omnibus Building, Lesbourne Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7JP.
Have fun and dont let this vile lot win.
the next step after loads of people have made complaints about 1st Credit is to complain under Section 1.9 of the OFT Guidelines about Citi 'associating with a Company known to be in breach of the Guidelines'.
They throw all their bile at us, lets send some back.
:D stay wonky

you can't get any higher than that. Must be why I had a response written and posted the same day they received my letter. Also had 2 defaults for the same account removed within 1 week.:T
I would have paid it all back but they would not accept a payment plan, they wanted the whole balance. If they had tried to help instead of bullying me they would have got their money, instead they got nothing.....;)Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Help!!!!! Just rung them they wont accept an offer, of 125pm they said its gone to far now and the next thing that will happen is that a representative 21 days from the 30th of september will come round , serve me with bankrupcy papers , they then will liqidate my assets . He repeated this continuosly so i ended up saying please put on my file that I have rung up with an offer of £125pm so that when the cour bloke does turn up I can tell him that you refused my offer, and go ahead and do this as i have negative equity in my house , he replied fine and put the phone down.
Can they make me sell my house to repay them?
I didnt give them my phone number tho HE HE HE0 -
It seems that a lot of judges and courts are not aware of the law and need to be reminded of it - no CCA, debt unenforceable. However, as CO's have been given to some posters without a valid agreement, I wouldn't put it past Worst Crudit to go for a force of sale. Probably not what you want to hear but I wouldn't trust this bunch of t*****s. They've probably bought your debt for peanuts anyway so they will make a lot out of it.
This company is totally vile and will do all they can to get money out of you. They once threatened to go for a CO on my mum's house (she has no debt) for my debts and threatened to take her stuff. Well, she lives in the US, so they can try all they like!!
As I say, they've spouted all sorts of hot air to me over the months and I spouted back at them all the points of the debt collection guidelines that they are in breach of. They've been quiet for a while but I am expecting them to kick off again any time soon.
I have a little bit of equity in my property and I think they know that and I'm certainly not gonna let them get their grubby little mits on it.
Good luck with them.
PS - I live near Worst Crudit (for my sins!). Am happy to send the boys in if you like?Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Hi mikkir.
They ended up with nothing because they were too greedy. I tried to offer to repay with a repayment plan also and they would not accept it. They just keept harrassing me and threathening to send the baliffs round and get a charge on my house and force me to sell.
On a number of occasions they brought me to tears infront of my 2 kids who were 2 and 6 at the time. I finally said enough is enough and found the consumeractiongroup website. I sent a cca letter. They were still calling and sending lots of letters and said I still had to pay.
I decided to complain to the highest person possible because I was just not getting anywhere. I listed all their faults and bad practices and sent a copy to trading standards and the oft (never heard anything from those guys).
I wouldn't normal do anything like this but they just pushed me too far and I didn't have to pay a penny. It was the best letter I have ever had.:beer:Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

They do accept payment plans eventually. I went round in circles with them for months. During that time they threatened all they could but eventually accepted my monthly payments (they haven't officially but have been taking the payments each month). I kept sending the payments to them so that if they took me to court, the judge would hopefully look favourably on me and I think they know that, hence their silence.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

O) Encourage debtors in financial difficulties to inform members of their difficulties and then respond sympathetically and positively on the evidence provided.
P) Take into consideration before determining whether to enforce repayment, all information supplied in relation to the reason for non-payment, which may include The Common Financial Statement, or the debtor’s future ability to repay.
