Tiscali calling a UK mobile abroad

Im currently using a Tiscali landline (free evening and weekends) and my partner is working in Jamaica for the next three months. I need to call him regularly and obviously its working out expensive, around 35p per minute.

However if I use free weekends and evenings then would this be free under the 'its a UK mobile' rule?)

Any advice appreciated, Thanks in advance.

AFAIK, Tiscali's inclusive calls package doesn't include calls to UK mobiles:

Free calls to UK numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 and to landlines in Tiscali's top 10 countries for up to 60 minutes per call

I can't find a Tiscali Evenings and Weekends calls package either - it appears to be either Weekends only or Anytime.

If you call from your Tiscali landline a UK mobile which is roaming in Jamaica, it will cost you Tiscali's rate for calling a UK mobile, and it will cost your partner some huge amount to receive the call.

If he can find one or more landlines he can use to receive calls in Jamaica (friends, bars, maybe even phone boxes?) you can call him for (currently) 8p a minute using Finarea if Tiscali isn't barring 18185, or 9p a minute if they are. It won't cost him anything to receive your calls.
