I have recently had new worktops and flooring fitted in my kitchen dining room. I need some new plinths for under the cupboards and thought whilst doing this i may as well have some undercupboard lighting fitted. i need some advice on -1) the most energy efficient ones and 2) am i right in thinking the undercupboard lights will have to be fitted into the plinths by a joiner? ordo they sit proud? if they need fitting into the plinth do i need to get a joiner and electrician or can one of these do both jobs.? By the way im probably looking for about 8 lights in all. and four of these will be being fit into a hardwood plinth the other four into mdf.
Thanks

An electrician would be able to do the job, without a joiner. My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.0
