I am currently with Scottish Power and have had nothing but problems with them!
I want to switch to another supplier and would like help in finding the cheapest deal capped if possible
My annual usage is
18781 kwh - Gas
5577 kwh - Electric (this is from end of Aug last year)
If anyone could give me some advice or point me in the correct direction
I would be very greatful

If you google 'energy switching sites' or similar, you'll find lots of sites which will list your options if you feed in your annual usage.
You can usually specify capped or fixed - double check the t&c as some tie you in with a penalty for leaving.0
