Hello. I'm a long time lurker who has only just plucked up enough courage to post something. So first of all, thanks to you all for saving me so much money!

I popped into Boots today and the No 7 Anti-cellulite Contouring balm was half price on the SEL making it £2.50 a bottle. So thanks to 3 4 2 and the pinkie, I got 3 bottles for nothing! Now I just need to lie in a bath of the stuff to sort my orange peel out!

hi, and welcome to the boots thread:) and well done for getting 3 bottles of No7 anti -cellulite balm for free:T I only got 1 with my pinkie today, as it scanned at 5.00:rolleyes: I do like this stuff. I might look in a different store at the weekend to see if it is cheaper somewhere else. It's weird how boots price things. I bought some JF stuff last week. In the first store it was 2.25 In the second store it was 1.13 In the last store (the one I was in today) it was full price, 4.49:confused:

    HEALTH CLUB ON .COM

Hi guys I think I can help with this, I spoke to 3 different people at customer services yesterday and after determining that I was indeed in HC and had never in fact ordered on line but used to get 50% off if I put things in basket was told that since the new website (.com demon strikes again) it has knocked some peeps info off, I was told that the only way to get it back on now is to use the code on the first page of the health club mailing,(they did tyr to do it but couldnt). Im not sure if its a new one so if anyone has the old one might be worth looking. They are going to send me one out now, cos I never had one.

Up shot is either wait for them to send you the mailing or ring them, they also said that they would honour any in stock HC items and give me 50% untill I received it, hth lol

I tried to buy an item instore that was discounted for health club members but the discount didn't show. I told the SA that I was sure I was a member as I get the mailings for discounted vitamins, etc. She scanned a card which gave me the discount.

I don't know if this has ever been posted but I thought it might be useful, it's a freephone no for Boots customer care 08009150004. I was glad I looked it up because I was on the line for 35 mins today over a missing refund. I was told somebody more senior would call me back today to sort it out, guess what they never called me back so it looks like I'll be using the freephone no in the morning:rolleyes:
  • Hi all I have been patiently (not very) waiting for payday tomorrow to get on the pinke merry go round again. Thanks for all the info so far. I am hoping to see some reduced No 7.

    Hi

I was wondering if someone could confirm if the £5 fragrance voucher is still being issued. I used my previous vouchers to get some Davidoff Wave perfumes for Xmas and have now been invited to a 40th birthday……typical it’s a man’s do so can’t use the perfume as a gift!! Was looking to get CK One if the voucher is still being given out….otherwise does anyone have a spare voucher that they won’t be using and could let me have, please? Happy to send a SAE. I have two electrical vouchers that I can give but nothing else I’m afraid (unless you live in Birmingham and there are any vouchers in the invitation book that are any good or you want Walkers Crisps codes for the Britrips promotion). Otherwise I’m happy to spend some money in boots and get one of the £5 No7 vouchers to send in exchange.

    Many thanks

Darling, these are no longer being issued. I used one of mine today and was told they are now over. No more new ones. Got some CK ONE for £10.00 with my voucher, used a £10 gift voucher and it went through for free. Woohoo! *** Still got £53 worth of gift vouchers to use. What to buy? *** If any of you honey's want to sample new products and get Boots gift vouchers for doing so, please go to www.thelitmustest.com or is it co.uk You fill in your details, when they have new products for you to test, you get sent an online survey, once filled in, a collection of people get picked. You ge to try the item, and then report back. Depending on how long the test period is, you get Boots vouchers at the end of it. If it's a week or two, I think you get £4. If it's longer, I think you get £8. It's all good as you get to try some sassy new products in the meanwhile! PS. They already have a lot of testers, so a lot of people don't get picked, but we have done 3 in the last few months. *** For some unknown reason I got my meal deal for £2.18. How peculiar. *** I hope the Leeds store has some of these NO 7 items on reduced tomorrow. Went on the prowl for the L'Oreal hair dye or whatever it was today and found none. Not fair at all! *** Got 3 PINKies now, got to use them! *** Have a good evening ladies and gents, don't forget to *pout*
