Nope, no figure in either of my despatch notes. On both invoices it says that one of them will have the price on but neither of them do

Hi there, I ordered a big Legoset worth £50, a few washihng powders and 3 mirrors last week at the start of glitch think it was at 9.37am. Well the lego and powders have arrived, but on boots.com it says showing as order processing and no payment ahas gone out my account. Also on despatch note where it has column for item cost, it is all totally blank, so what happens now? It also says at bottom 'we are sorry we have had to cancel some of youir items as these were unavailable in our warehouse. You have not been charged for the cancelled items. If the item was part of a promotion, our customer care......' does this mean that as the mirrors are £19.99 x 3 I've effectively been 'refunded' this so don't owe them for these goods? I expcted £50odd to come out of my account for the lego and washing but nothing? Help!!!!

EDIT: Called my bank and the original amount £80 is earmarked on my account waiting for Boots to do something about it. Now what?

The dispatch note that comes with your order never has the cost of items listed on it, that column is always blank as far i know. Perhaps you should call CS hun. x

I've noticed on my last few orders that come in separate packages that some are now putting this note at the bottom, but some are not. My thinking was that maybe Boots are going to start listing the item prices on the despatch notes in the near future? x

Hello all, I have a query with using .com and the 3 for 2 offers. If I wish to purchase 3 £10 items and 3 £5 items in one go how would the basket take of the 3 for 2? Would it take off 2 £5 items? Does it matter in which order I put them in the basket? In store I would split this in to 2 shops so as to get a £10 and £5 item free however I thought I would have a dabble online. Also, are there bonus points for spend amounts or for free delivery? .com is not working for me at the minute so I can't look myself. Many Thanks.

Someone will tell me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it takes off the £10 and the £5 hth :)

It gives every third item free, starting from highest to lowest price IYSWIM. In your example it would give you a £10 item free and a £5 item free. HTH
