looks like they just fixed the fcuk glitch was trying to make it up to £40 for free delivery and then generic error came up and its back at 342 price. missed it :mad:

Hi, dont know if anyone can help but I ordered a £50 lego set, 3 x mirrors and some washing powder. Order came to just under £80. Was when glitch was on last week, ordered at 9.37. Well goods came this week (minus mirrors) and note at bottom to say some items would not be delivered. The £80 was earmarked on my account, but has now 'dropped off' but not gone out as my bank said after 5 days and the money is not earmarked anymore, but companies can take up to 6 months to take money from account. Also points haven't been updated on card as I put them into an ACM today and no joy.
So what do you think is going on? Do I call customer services? Thanks in advance all you lovely people x
EDIT: sorry forgot to say order on .com shows as still processing and amount is £80 but not charged.....

Yes AMANDA, you are right. Medicines are not included. I thought I was being right clever last time and thought if I get a giftcard, I would get a PINKie, but on the receipt it had a little X next to it, which means it does not count towards points or other free stuff. Oh well. *** Thanks to the gorgeous lady who pointed out that the 3 4 2 on the glam R+M bags is now off. What a shame. Here I was thinking I would get a few of those hotdog style ones. *** Got 2 PINKies but can't seem to find anything lucrative to use them on. Tsk. Got all excited for no reason. *** Saw some more haircare clearance products, but the 3 4 2 on them is now over too.
