I have been into Boots this morning to take back the new Extreme Length mascara as it was making my eyes sore. I thought I would try it, but will stick with Stay Perfect. The SA was very nice and said it would not be a problem. She asked if I had my receipt, but I didn't, as I had emptied my wallet at the weekend, and had a clear out. I asked if the No7 mirror was still half-price, and she said yes. I decided to get the mirror and keep it for when DD's finally has had enough of being knocked on the floor. The mirror cost me £8.45 and I got a pinkie. In my store, these are being given out as vouchers, so I expect to see them being sold in quantity on ebay by the regular seller.

By the way, the mascaras were on 342 when I bought them with the free gifts as well. So that is why, the mirror has only cost me £8.45.

OMG - so Mr B has a Job Description that reads '..to read, lurk on and monitor the boots thread on MSE forums...'

I WANT THAT JOB :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

And MrB should give out free flight socks as we're risking getting a DVT trying to find glitches :rotfl:

Cya later all, have fun ;) x

He never had any last time so dont know if he will have any this time. Fingers crossed though.

    No question's silly wendy.

I think I'm right in saying that the answer is sometime's yes, sometime's no. Sometime's you get a points bonus online instead of the GWP :)

Don't worry about asking silly questions! Sometimes someone will know the answer straight away or a while later, sometimes you won't get an answer at all because nobody knows or the question gets lost in the thread, but nobody will ever shoot you for asking

Sometimes the free gift is online too, and sometimes it's not. All you can do is check, and if there's not one online, then look in-store. Clinique currently has a pretty nice gift bag in-store, and a second gift bag you get if you buy a third item (I think, I'm not sure what you do to get the second bag). Not sure if it's online.

Edited to add: And if it's for a gift, you're better off buying in-store imo as items sometimes come crushed or dirty from .com. Their packing is simply atrocious!

Doe anyone know if the 342 on hair care has finished? I bought 3 x 400ml Head & Shoulders sensitive care anti-dandruff shampoos reduced from £3.xx to 83p at the weekend and can really recommend it to anyone with a sensitive scalp. My DD gets a really itchy head with normal shampoos and this one has cleared up her dandruff really well in a couple of washes and no itching either! The offer seems to have finished on .com though so I think I've missed my chance to stock up!

The 342 promo ended ystd. I guess you could still get it for 83p?

Thanks for that. Its still a bargain at 83p so will have a mooch today. I noticed the Pantene Pro-V and herbal essences shampoos are BOGOF on .com so will see if there are more bargains to be had(mmm... do I really NEED more shampoo?:rotfl: ) Also the new L'Oreal Excell 10 has £2 off online so if its the same instore anyone who got a £2 off mailing a couple of weeks ago could get it for £3.99.
