Did you or anyone else managed to get the toys on 3 for 2 offer and they did go through as 3 for 2 ? Or do they just appear as that after you pay?

I've just realised I bought one of the new no7 mascaras last week and didnt get the gwp. If I take in my receipt will they let me have one do you think?

After taking 6 weeks , i finally got my health club pack including a coupon to scan at the till to get half price items until 31st october.

Despite handing over the coupon, i am still being charged full price, as anyone any ideas why.

Is the offer instore only?

Quick question from me...i know the Xmas evenings are coming up with 1000 points per £50 spend, do they match this at any point online? cos at the moment they have the 600 points on over £60 spend, and obviously there are codes to use, which means i would get 1100 points per £60 ( i have a few expensive people to buy for)
does anyone have any ideas, thanks muchly

That should be fine - if you can find a GWP!

They seem to be exceedingly rare. None sighted around here in ages.

I have this problem and cant purchase online because products are too expensive without the 50% discount. Customer Services pointed out the terms and conditions to me which says discount is instore only. However, many people on here get discount online and myself at one point was able to purchase washing powder with 3 discounts, a 50%, 20% and a 10%, but have tried recently and it doesnt work. So i guess it depends on whether you are lucky and its a case of keep trying every now and again.

I only signed up (using my Mum's details) last week on-line, for the Health Club. I have been able to get the 50%, 20% and 10% off discounts on two on-line orders.
So I guess I am one of the lucky ones.
