What a disaster!

Tip: If you have not yet done the so called 'improvement' download, then DO NOT YET DO SO.

Hopefully, whatever has gone wrong with this really good 'Your Money' tool will be put right on Monday. If so, I'll post back on here and say so.

I didn't find anything wrong with it until today when it says I can't access my external accounts.

But wasn't sure if that was a general thing, not just the updated version.

I had no probem a couple of hours ago.
Tried just now, and an error message.

See what happens on Monday.

Its very flaky whatever they've done to it. Can't access my B&B account (can access it ok outside of Money Manager). Its also showing an Egg card account which I closed years ago (!)

Ever since this "improvement", every time I log in an error occurs saying I can't access any of my external accounts too, and it's still doing this.

Yep worked first time for me then subsequently I can't now get external accounts - I'm sure they're very much aware and are working on it though.

For about a year now, each time I log on to EMM, before any of my external accounts come on the page, a little grey square box in the middle of the page says there is a "script error on line...." and that is with each of the external banks. All you have to do to get rid of it is click "yes" for each bank and it goes. Annyoying yes. I assume it was just me. So is the problem they are fixing this one. Do others have the same problem?

In any case no external accounts are visible at the moment.

Yes, I've had that problem but I don't get it now.

I'm not sure whether or not this has anything to do with Java. However, if you want to check you are using the newest and most uptodate version of Java, which is (I think) Java 6, Update 10, then go to:

'Your Money' seems to be working once again this morning. The old 'Egg credit card' still seems to be problematical and a few accounts aren't coming through properly. I think the latter must be to do with monday morning server problems and massive volume and usage as nervy customers check their stuff out.

When these 'improvements' are working, what exactly will be the difference between the old EMM and the new one?

Milarky - I was hoping it would look cooler, but it doesn't.
