Free theatre tickets for 18-26 year olds (merged)

Many of the links to 'get tickets' either go to the theatre home-page with no indication of free tickets, or go to a link which leads back to the original website.

If anyone finds any good plays available in London let me know. Also does anyone know of any websites which might have play reviews ... I haven't heard of most of the productions so would like to read up on them. :T

I just rang my local theatre who were listed on the site and the tickets are not released until 21st Feb, so until then the theatres dont know what shows are included.

Our local - Greenwich -has this to say on their website

The offer applies to every show we have on from 16 February 2009,

So some theatres do know already!:j

Maybe we'll copy the scheme eventually here (hopefully within the next 5 years)

The website doesnt appear to be fully live just yet cause the Hull Truck is included and its not listed yet, in fact i cant find any tickets listed yet! I believe it goes live next tuesday!

Does anyone reckon you'll get the best seats?? Coz i've spent £35 on a theatre ticket and just found out i could have got it free!!! :eek:

I just booked to see 3 different productions at the RSC in Stratford Upon Avon which is great- 6 tickets for ZERO pounds!

Does anyone know if it's actually "Under 26 year olds" or anyone "aged 26 and under" who can get the free tickets?

The Night Less Ordinary site seems to say both!

In the top left hand side of the home page it says "Free Theatre Tickets for Under 26's" and then on the About page of the site it says
