    Morning All

I am such a bad mother - DD has come down in tears - the tooth fairy didn't visit last night! I've persuaded her that it's because Daddy hadn't seen the tooth and the tooth fairy knew he'd want to see it before she took it away!

:bdaycake: Happy Birthday Sarah! - Have a lovely day - don't dazzle us all with your new stone.:D

Triker - great weight loss - well done!:T

Off to my parents' house for tea tonight so don't know whether I'll catch up with you later, if not see you tomorrow.

    Hello everyone,

Hope you are all full of the joys of spring - oh wait it's autumn isn't it..lol. I got confused there when the weather forecast said it was going to be a lovely sunny day, and that England had been hotter than Australia, who are in their spring, yesterday..lol.

Anyway I am up and about as I got up with Dave, while he was getting ready for work, as I wanted to sling some bedding into be washed and get the slow cooker washed and on. Hopefully I won't drop this one and have to buy another one, like the last one. The darn thing had gone up £2.00 in a year..from £10.99 to £12.99..that is one heck of an increase in 12 months..!!

Am going to do an hour or so of ironing, then have my shower and a general tidy up. I have D coming home from work at 3pm as he has a Dr's appointment at 5pm so I better make it look like I have done something all day..lol I hope this isn't going to be a habit, that's twice this week he will have come home at 3pm..ugh!!!

Oooh got my new calender the other day and I love it. Now why I didn't get this one last year, instead of the stupid one that you tear off each week,..doh!! And yes I was good I only bought the calender, I did toy with a couple of other things but was very good and decided that I would buy them another month.. :-) Heck it was enough bother paying for this calender, the stupid security system online was down and it didn't take D's credit card..but thankfully it worked the next day :-)

Going to make a cup of tea and then set up the ironing.. Oh the washing machine has finished so better hang the bedding out and put some more washing in..

Will put my list up later..

Hugs to everyone that wants/needs them..

party0036.gifHappy Birthday Sarah, hope you have a good day thBirthdaypresentsmine.gif

Interesting evening here. DH is really fed up with studying and is thinking (or has possibly decided) to give up. I managed to stop him putting the books (worth hundreds of quid) in the dustbin, and am trying to get him to keep going til the first set of exams (mid Nov). Good vibes / prayers welcome!!

good on you that you kept him on it!!! has he only just started - studying afresh is not as easy anymore - so getting through some exams might be a really positive experience!! :T

I'm sure Toots will join us in the morning... she's been coping admirably on her own for the last 48 hours, but will do better when she knows she has support :T :T :T

I'm in! I have a carrier bag on a hanger for my pegs and they are grey and white plastic ones from B&Q just coz I didn't have any when we moved in and was decorating so grabbed a bag while I was in there - I peg out with grey or white mixed - don't care, caution to the wind I say, and like Pigpen, there are loads on the garden where the kids bring in the washing and leave the pegs on the line - they fall off and then get chewed up by the lawn mower!...

    The movement is growing...
