Really don't know what to do :/

Hi there,
My regular saver account matured, and i have used part of the cash to fill up my ISA allowance. And i now have about £1,400 left to put into a savings account.
I really don't know what to do. I fancy drip feeding. But the accounts that look good look risky. Halifax regular saver, and Kaupthing Edge Instant access.
I need an instant access account that will use standing orders to put the money into the regular saver.
Do i bother drip feeding? Or shall i just get a regular saver and pay in the maximum of £500 for the first few months to use up the £1,400?
Although with the £1,400 to drip feed i could maybe pay in £500 for the whole year with my wage as well. Rather than £500 for the first couple of months and £400 for the rest.
Sorry if that makes no sense. But i have too much money in my current account and i'm scared i might be tempted to spend it :O Help!
Thanks
Tom
