Can't speak French

Hi i'd like to learn to speak Frnch through self study... anyone know of a good package to help me learn? anyone learnt from these packages before?

That's about my limit I learned at school but have forgotten most of it. I'd like to get back into learning it though

I used this with my elder daughter when I discovered a month before her GCSE exam that she couldn't speak a word of French. She did about 5 hours of it (it is an 8 hour course) and amazingly managed a C grade. Her teacher couldn't believe her progress nor her accent!

It's a novel approach, starting with the idea that we already know a lot of French words as over 50% English derives from French (thanks to William the Conqueror). So instead of beginning with very simple boring stuff, you start with real language.

You can also pick this up on Ebay much cheaper than Amazon.

why would you want to learn a useless language?
try german, japanese or arabic.
