    Those bedrooms are tiny!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

The bedrooms do sound a bit small as does the kitchen. Nice exterior, hate the name plate though :)

If its your dream home and as its empty, go in low and see what happens.

lol, we viewed it, and the garden isnt overlooked. the kitchen is pretty big. bristol is pretty expensive. probably third in the country behind london. so you have to bear that in mind i suppose.
  • Even for Bristol that is comically priced.

You can get similar for a LOT less
  • All the rooms, kitchen, living room and bedrooms, look cramped to me.

Thats true tux - have you thought about getting an older place or do you like new ones? Id say its a brilliant house for a ftb but you say you want a house for life (though I bet you will move whatever one you get).
  • It seems to me that in the area of Bristol you are looking at, Keynsham, there is a lot more you can get for your money, such as:

    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-21778421.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=buy&mam_disp=true

    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-18448772.rsp?pa_n=2&tr_t=buy&mam_disp=true

But I don't know the area.
