short term savings 220k to invest for 3 months

Help !

I have 220k (after clearing my ccards ;-) to put somewhere for about 3 months, anyone got any good ideas ? (cahoot is as good as I have found)..

i have an isa, the cash is from selling my flat, not buying for 3 months...

what i'd like is some account that pays interest monthly ? don't want anything risky, just don't wanna put it in my A&l current account, and get naff all interest....

My solution!
25k (maximum allowed) into A&L Online Saver 5.15%
100k (maximum allowed) into cahoot Bonus Savings 5.25%
95k into AA (=BirminghamMidshires=Halifax) Telephone/Postal Savings 5.25%

Forget Monthly interest - just transfer a monthly equivalent from the A&L Online Saver into your A&L current account.
