Anyone got any advice on this - my Word documents are not WYSIWYG any more (what you see is what you get). When I do Print Preview or Print, the document comes out how I want it, but it doesn't look like that on screen while I'm typing it.
For instance, my top margin is set at 1cm and that's how it comes out, but on the screen the text starts right at the top of the page (in whatever view, Normal, Print etc).
Please help if you can!

Go into View, Header and Footer, your top margin will appear. I can't promise it will reappear the next time you open it though. I have this problem with one of my templates and it doesn't seem to matter what I do, every time I open it I have to go through the above! If anything I say starts to make sense, PANIC!0

Just imagine the type starting right at the top of the screen 'page' as if there was no margin.0 -
There might be a possible explanation. If you hover over the grey space above the top of the document, your cursor should turn into a different shape/colour. It should come up as a white square with 2 arrows on it. If that appears, try left clicking when that cursor appears and see if that makes any difference?0
