Thanks.
Everyone comes from a different angle - that's what makes it all interesting!!0 -
Yep they certainly do!
I don't own a property, have no wish to own one either (yes I am a rare breed) and I am in safe, long term renting via a housing association yet still watch the property market avidly.
Don't ask me why though as I don't have a clue!:rotfl:We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
"Don't listen to them, listen to me"
Is that what you're saying?
If someone can't make their own informed decisions then they were doomed from the start surely
As someone who just pops in here occassionally and is happily oblivious to the politics that has moved itself to this sub board, can I suggest you don't get quite so hung up about it? It's tiring when people can't be treated with enough intelligence to make up their own minds. Fair enough if they haven't actually got that intelligence but honestly, they'd give up reading this board within two minutes, it's that complicated.
The way people argue with one particular troll is just bizarre. I see thread titles and they just make me giggleEverything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Forgive her, I think she is a teacher.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
the same 1 or 2 individuals - londonlandlady, horseinhatman etc
I've only glanced at one of footinmouthman's threads.
Who has any time left for trolls wanting you to pay top money, when there is so much important real news and data impacting on house prices and the economy to process everyday!0 -
Has it ever occurred to the original OP that maybe just maybe, this is a temporary blip in house prices and in 12-18 months time everything will be back to normal.
I'm hoping for double digit times your salary mortgages from the new breed of banks that are going to lend money willy nilly in a couple of years. They are just the sort of banks I want to invest in. I'll triple my investment in no time at all.0 -

Must admit, that has never occurred to me!0 -

The trolls are fairly funny, kind of like Baghdad Bob (Iraqi Information Officer) and his wonderful spin!
"They're not even [within] 100 miles [of Baghdad]. They are not in any place. They hold no place in Iraq. This is an illusion ... they are trying to sell to the others an illusion."
but he may have gone one this right
"Britain "is not worth an old shoe." :-(0
