I would hope an OR would look at individual cases.

Where a child is already at school, the nearby schools may not have places and those that do may not offer much. In some areas, there are good schools and failing schools. If the government acknowledges that some schools are failing, I would hope the OR would see that they do not provide a satisfactory education.

Where there is a place available at a reasonable school nearby I would expect an OR to say the child should transfer, where there is no such pace I would hope that the OR would be reasonable. It shouldn't be the aim of the OR for the child of a bankrupt to suffer.

  • Now look here Silver Cloud,

How dare you come on here and give out such inane chutter about matters that firstly you have no prior knowledge about before you start your mindless sarcastic nonsense and secondly then vanish when the going gets tough.

BR is rarely and easy option for those who go through it. Good luck to any parent who despite going BR still has the good sense to do all they can to get the child the best education possible, regardless of the opinions of donkeys like you.

Oh by the way I think calling yourself after one of the finest cars
(ROLLS ROYCE) I spent my working life developing and bringing to the forefront of british engineering is an utter disgrace on your part.

Go away you small minded clown
