NPower SOL10 - Online bill? There isn't one!!

Having switched to SOL10 on June 5th I expected to see the bill/rates I would be paying, but no - nothing!
I even could not register online because I did not have the account no.
They said I need to wait until my first bill!!
Eventually I phoned them up last month and finally they had an account number, so was able to fully signed up online.
The first bill is still not online and I can't find the rates that I am on either.
Sent an online message and received a reply that my first bill will be 4th December, some 6 months after switchover!
"On checking your account, we can see that your gas statement is due to
produced on 4 December 2008. Your rates for your gas are; 6.362p for
the first 4572 kWh per year and then 2.0192p thereafter."
What gives? This is meant to be an online ONLY account. So far I cannot see a bill and can't see the rates I am paying, I already know (from these forums) that there has been an increase in nPower's SOL10 recently
Damned annoying, are they deliberately trying to disguise what rate you are on. Surely there should be info there from day 1. Obviously customer services know my rates by the reply they gave me.

Npower SoL 10 is not purely an online account, I am on it and I receive paper bills, although there have been diguised threats recently that if I wanted to continue to benefit from low bills I should sign up to paperless bills.
They have this year changed my billing frequency to 6 monthly so that could explain your situation.
If you want confirmation of your unit charges then go to energyhelpline and do a comparison (use any figures) on completion there will be an option to view your existing tariff details.0 -
You've got a better rate than me, and i'm on SOL13.
This space is available to rent...

Yes I have noticed that SoL10 is cheaper than current SoL tariffs. You've got a better rate than me, and i'm on SOL13.
This is contrary to npower's normal practice in the past when they have shafted existing customers by increasing their tariffs hugely but making the current tariffs cheaper to entice more mugs to join them.0
