I joined the trinity mirror sharesave scheme in 2002, bought shares @ £100/m for 3 years so £3600 in. Option price was 314p and watched them climb to over 700p... but slid back down to 550p. In december I sold them for just over 7k which is a 100% profit with the bonuses and the then price of 630p so literally doubling my money. If you can afford to pay into it it's well worth doing.

I would recommend that you do it! Put in the maximum that you can afford.
It is taken out of your pay before you get it so after a couple of months you don't miss it so much!
The worst case scenario is that you get back all of your capital with a little bit of interest. The best case scenario have been highlighted in above posts.
Go for it!0 -
i'm doing 2 at work, 2005 and 2006. 2005 buy price is just under a fiver and this years is about £9.12. £50 a month on each and prices now are... £14.78 although that's quite low as they're usually around £15+ ad expected to rise to around £20 by the end of this year.0
