NatWest phone number hangs up on me

So, I made a charge refund claim and NatWest sent me a letter telling me to call this number: 0845 301 2783 to discuss it.

I've called this number about 4 times (different days, different times, doublechecking that I got the number right) and every time it hangs up on me. Anyone else had this problem?

There is a number on the website which is 0845 3030 456. Which department is that number from?

It's the Glasgow Collections Centre department. The address was "100 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1PP".

It might be worth writing to them if you cannot get hold of them asking them to call you.
