I just spent ages replying to this and it got lost! Anyway the jist of it was that the banter is the beauty of this forum and why it isn't just a clinical factual forum. Many people have been posting their invaluable knowledge months and years after their discharge because they like helping people and they also like the banter we have. Everyone also has been in your situation and made it through the other side which should be a source of comfort for people who haven't yet gone through it.

Nobody is making light of your situation however like I said you will get through it and if your thread gets interrupted now and again it also may bring in some 'fresh' people with their views and advice too.

Bet you would whilst sunning yourself in Benidorm whilst Banky ! Shudder to think what else you have sought refuge from.

haddit, you can live wherever in the world you wish while bankrupt, as long as you keep the OR informed of your whereabouts. I don't understand why you think Max is doing anything wrong.

Perhaps his SOH isn't to your liking, but to imply he's doing anything untowards it unnecessary.

Thanks for all the supportive comments and I do value the input. But you can see how things can possibly be misinterperated on here. I understand that there is masiive comradeship amongst you die hards, but being a newbie and in a frightful mess !!!! taking can get you down. Just hope I too can start to smile about it soon and feel less judged.

Biz Debt line has been v helpful, but have to wait another 2 weeks for CCCs interview !
  • Yes, its so easy to misinterperate whats said on here, but non of us are judgeing you. We're just trying to help you make the right decisions based on our own experiences.

Yes you will smile again and life will be good again.
Your obviously an intelligent person, but your just in out of your depth at the moment. It happens to the best of them, just look here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=420969&highlight=bankrupts+past+present

We have all been there haddit, we have all had the sleepless nights & stressful days.
Some have lost their homes (me included), partners...everything.
We are all re-building our lives slowly.
But the best thing about this site is when things are so rock-bottom it's nice to come on here & banter with like-minded people.
To make a joke sometimes really does help however dire your finances are.

Things will get better for you believe me.
    Good luck.

Poor moderation. Happens too often tbh.

There haven't been any posts removed in this thread.

Looks like there have been some crossed wires here. Easily done on an online forum.

Hopefully things can now get back on track. :)
