  • OMG I have just found this thread and thought I was all alone in the night, except for teddy lol. Has anybody else tried Avon's Sleeptherapy - you just spray it on your pillow and it really helps - going off for a 'spray and sniff' now and hopefully will be asleep soon!!

Well at least you can put them firmly where they belong..so a bit of a positive step there.

    Morning all,

I've just posted on the 'Giving up alcohol' thread -

Could just do with talking to someone on here.

I'm sat in bed, can't stop crying. Realised I've got a serious drink problem

    Can't stop shaking.

    Can't get my girlfriend back.

    Hiya Leigh :grouphug:

I don't really have any advice for you I'm afraid, but I'm sure that you realising there is a problem is the first step towards tackling it.......hope that doesn't sound patronising.

I'm sorry about your girlfriend - do you think the relationship would be fixable without the drink problem?

Have you thought about going to see someone, like your GP, or a support group of some kind?

Sorry you are having to go through all this - I wish I could help more.
