Went to order the ten pound item & it deducted the 4.95 delivery cost so looks like free delivery at the mo without a code.

Was it a pixar cars 2 product? There is free delivery on any order containing anything from that range at the moment. There are a couple of £3 items that would trigger it.There is also a classic mug with Mater on for £4 reduced from £8. The cars jammies look a good choice too as there is also free personalisation. I love disney but I've already bought Christmas presents for the two littlies who would have liked something Cars 2 :-)
