Need to order item today cos they're ordering free personalisation on items but then you get hit with a 5 pound delivery charge, which is extortionate for something that will take 10 days to arrive!

Anyway, if anyone has anything I'd be mega grateful.

PS I think we should start up a protest against ridiculous delivery charges. Lulu Guinnes charges 10 pounds within London no matter the size or amount of items! At least when they offer an option for something cheaper you can choose. Anyway, rant over!
