Morrisons rant

Just been to MORRISONS with DD, and spent approx £44.She paid by debit card and the cashier couldn't give her a debit card receipt or an itemised receipt as the till had stopped printing.She called a supervisor over who said we could bring anythng back without any reciept at all and we could get a credit note!!!I said this wasn't acceptable so she kept ranting at us in front of all the other customers.She then took us to customer services, and said she's write a vat receipt out for us, but kept up the bad attitude so I asked to speak to the manager.He came along and couldn't believe that she'd said about the credit note, and that she hadn't offered to put the stuff back through the till and repack it for us:(
I was shopping for us, my mum and my friend and in a rush, so now have no idea who's shopping cost what:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
