Family Trainer
The Great New Game From
Atari and Nintendo Wii
Family Trainer includes the specially designed Family Trainer Mat Controller which, when combined with the Wii Remote, lets players get totally physical in a series of crazed challenges. Unlike other games for the Wii which only focus on the arms, Family Trainer gets the feet involved too for total body gameplay. Simple controls and intuitive play make the game easy to just pick up and play, and let players of any age get involved, get physical and have maximum fun.
There are over a dozen frantic single and multiplayer challenges to choose from all based on outdoor challenges amusingly interpreted for the world of Family Trainer, such as river rafting, mine karting, log jumping, rope skipping and much more.
Players can challenge friends or family members on the same mat, or cooperate together, for example trying to balance a runaway mine kart as it hurtles round a gravity defying track. Players can track their progress and set new records for their friends and family to beat, bringing a dose of healthy competition into the madcap mix.
Will be released 6th October 2008.
Please post details where seen or any deals.
Cheapest seen is £39.99 at play.com

It'll then cost you £31.49.
Last time I checked this was the money saving expert forum... where we save money not just throw it away because it seems an insignificant amount to someone.
For some people £3.50 makes a difference.
... and its not just what it saves you on this instance but if it suddenly becomes cheaper somewhere then someone previously unaware of the PC world price match might use it and then make what you might consider a significant saving.0 -

Hi,
how did you get that discount, don't know if I am working it out wrong but even if pc world had it for £49.99 would'nt the price match only be £1.01 off, so making the total around £38.97. Just want to know if there is something I have missed.0 -
Tesco's were selling it for £37.71 when I went in yesterday.
(Northampton Weston Favell had 2 on the shelf)0 -

£37.99 from these guys....but they are out of stock at the minute0 -
£38 from Zavvi.
I used this site: http://www.familytrainerwii.com/price-comparison/ to find mine in stock and cheap! Can't wait for Christmas now!!!! :T0 -
Ok, have finally given in to pressure from my kids and bought a wii for the family (who am I trying to kid - the children will hog it!!) for Xmas and saw this advertised on the tv which seems like a good game. Only can't really afford to spend out more on wii products this month so wanted to wait until a bit nearer Xmas. My only worry is that, like the Wii Fit, it is going to become really hard to get hold of and I will end up missing out, in which case I should probably burden the credit card a bit more this month and get it while I can.
Does anyone have an opinion whether this is going to prove really popular with the masses, only being available on ebay for twice the price, or whether it is good, but not that good?
Thanks in advance0
