    I can't check my email because Blueyonder has gone down for 4 hours so If they have sent me an email asking to ring them regarding my account I can't :mad:

    I know that Helen my account is ok at the moment but I thought someone had received emails asking them to ring them?? regarding their order or is this displayed on the acount page?

    Try using webmail on the Blueyonder site, I just did and it worked

    On the account page.

    Mind 10 mins after ringing them and them telling me they e-mailed me this afternoon an e-mail came. Im just intrigued if you update your card details what will happen, because evertime i log back in the suspended message is there, then i change card details and it goes, but comes back when i log in again :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

    Thanks Ive just tried it but it comes up their may be a status issue.
  • don't know if this is good or bad but all 8 of my orders are now saying processed ?! 10 minutes ago 5 were packing and 3 processing - looks like I've been rumbled, but no email or suspension...YET!
    Working hard to to pay off the mortgage within 5 years instead of 9 by considering every penny spent. Aiming to go part time the and enjoy a simple life with simple pleasures!

    All mine have gone to processing now I had 5 order placed ,2 proccessing and 1 awaiting stock. What will this mean now they are all in processing???
