Helen - 5 orders packing 3 orders processing , 1 of the packing changed to processed about an hour ago and I started getting excited , but resigned myself to nothing again now

I know i was in the wrong but what peed me off was the managers attitude and not even offering for me to purchase them :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I used 5 till play stopped the transaction. OH then tried her account but still no go so iether the codes are stopped or delivery address !
At the moment 3 orders are "packing" 2 are processing. Awaiting my ASBO as I type
Play only have themselves to blame for this fiasco. They are an internet company that thinks it's customers have no savvy......more fool them :rotfl:
Sopose their IT dept. is offshore or pay's peanuts....
Most of the goods play sell can be bought from elseware at the same price if not cheaper so banning people will only be at their own detriment. I doubt in the long run it would have cost them all the hassle and negative feedback this little merry dance has.

I tried the codes but they are not valid from my account. Did anyone else get that. None of them worked for me.

They all worked for me this morning. It's my Dad's account so he is going to go mad if he gets banned!
Was so excited about all this now.
Out of nine orders, one is being packed and the rest processed.

Helen when did you place your orders? I placed mine around 4 this morning. Just so i know when to expect them to get round to me.
