Evicting a lodger

I have a lodger who has been living with me for 2 months time and want to evict him. He's not been difficult or anything but I've not found us able to get along.
His lodger agreement says I must give him 4 weeks notice which is no problem but I'm worried about whether this is all I have to do as there's a lock on his bedroom door. We share all the other facilities though.
Is giving notice enough?

Yes.
Why do you think it won't be? If your agreement says 4 weeks, that's what you should give him.0 -
I've read on some threads that if a lodger has a lock on their door then they're more than a lodger and evicting them is actually different/more complicated.0

You might have to ring them and ask for specific advice - regards the contract0
