    The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

    get 2 more quotes from local companies. you may be able to get about 1k off that price.
    Get some gorm.

    But that seems very high for so few windows.

    Sounds about right to me, although as a6 windows says, there are variables, but round my way £400-£500 per window seems a good rule of thumb and a bay usually counts as three windows.
