The housing market is slowly slowly being strangled.

The pressure on prices is relentlessly downwards.

    The only way is down.

the pressure is mounting on the house valuations due to mortgage constraints, but the pent up demand is growing... more and more people are now coming to the market, desperately trying to make hay while the sun shines and get on board, when they thought that this day would never come.

Expect the unexpected in 2011, I think we could see a lot of pent up activity hitting the markets in 2011 by young professionals who have finally saved up, and are ready to act.
    Plan
    1) Get most competitive Lifetime Mortgage (Done)
    2) Make healthy savings, spend wisely (Doing)
    3) Ensure healthy pension fund - (Doing)
    4) Ensure house is nice, suitable, safe, and located - (Done)
    5) Keep everyone happy, healthy and entertained (Done, Doing, Going to do)
  • I fully agree with you. No one would like to leave their house. Also the graphs shown are for the worst period. House prices also move upwards after 2008

They're going down again, we're back on the big double dipper.
