    You miss the point it is not always about money and the value of the property to me it is the home that I love, where my children and grandchildren come to visit where I feel secure and happy, so I do not care what my house is worth it means nothing to me ,the value goes up it comes down but I live here and it is home .So please do tell me why I need sell ?

    Now is a good time to buy a bigger house if you need it.

    Comparatively you will lose money on the sale of your house but you will get an even greater discount on the bigger expensive house meaning overall you will gain from the move
