It's right for one minute every 12 hours.
There will be another crash one day. After the recovery has completed and the next boom has taken place. But the recovery has only just started and will take years to complete, and then we have the next boom over many years or perhaps even a decade.

The nominal price of houses will largely depend on the government's ability to maintain the present policy of deficit funding and currency devaluation.
Present track record, coupled to the prospects after the next general election, are pointing to more of the same and rationalising another house price bubble.0 -
