Siemens washing machine

Hi, can anyone give me advice. I bought a Siemens washing macine 19 months ago and it came with a 12 month parts & labour warranty. Today I put the machine on and it started OK but after several minutes I heard a crack and it stopped spinning and wouldn't finish the cycle. Turned it off and tried to start another cycle but nothing is happening. Please help as the dirty washing mountain is getting out of control

All BSH Group products come with a two year warranty, so long as you registered it and they do note it.
Very often though we find some stores that don't tell you this as they're more interested in selling you an additional warranty.
It's worth calling Bosch/Neff/Siemens and giving it a go, nothing to be lost from trying and it's only the cost of a call.
