So confused with it all..

We have been watching this advice r.e changing suppliers on here for a while, df did a check as we are with BG and we were still showing as the best option so we changed to DD, when i rung to sort out a DD they put us on a different tarrif as said it was cheaper and our payments went down each month, don't trust them and am keeping some back just incase! still how do i find out what we are on? if they have put us on tarrif 5 looks like we are about to get hammered, we have nothing on the letters and have now gone paper free too, online shows nothing so confused what to do..is it i case of ringing them and being on the phone for hours (like i did last month and gained a big phone bill)

If you access your online account and then click on Last Bill it should show the tariff you are actually on. Mark my words, if BG have actually put you on a tariff without you requesting to go on a specific tariff, it really is in your interests to check that it indeed is the cheapest tariff, as per their claim, lol....Call me Carmine....
