Conkers Smonkers, should have just got the man from Delmonti, he always says YES!!!!!0 -
This says it all for me,
The faint light at the end of the long tunnel has been extinguished.
Japan tried this and it didn't work.
Mind you the same was tried before the Great Depression and that didn't work either.
Interesting times aheadControl is an illusion, chaos is the reality. A successful warrior dances with chaos, and success means simply that one is still alive.0 -

PPI successfully reclaimed: £7,575.32 (Lloyds TSB plc); £3,803.52 (Egg card); £3,109.88 (Egg loans)0 -

As purely selfish point of view from myself, this sucks.0

How is it a good thing for me? I don't have any debts apart from my student loan. I want banks to need my money so they will pay me more for it (ie pay savers higher rates).0

I don't have any debts other than my mortgage and I have savings.;)
I still like having a job though and I sure most other people do to.
I think it is more important how it affects the US than how it effects yours or my debt & savings.0 -
I already said that I was speaking from my purely selfish point of view, but I can see how it is nice to have jobs obviously... I just really don't think that bailing out the banks is going to make any regular persons jobs any safer. It is just going to pro-long the inevitable really.0
