Hi
Hope someone can help. I have the above tv and everytime I turn the tv off and on the picture size changes back to 4:3 (or something). I like it best on full or panoram but have to press the zoom button about 5 or 6 times to change this. Anyone know how I can get the TV to keep settings, normally ok with this type of thing but jsut can seem to get this set up.
Thanks

Have you checked the manual? Sounds like 4:3 is set as default
so will come back on that format each time you switch on.
We have a Phillips widescreen TV (a good few years old) and we have to manually change the format but if we're watching Sky or Freeview it changes automatically to the correct format when we change channels. I think there was something in the set-up menu that OH found.
I think that all British made programmes are now broadcast in widescreen but some imported programmes and films are in 4:3 and if you change to widescreen you get a fat squat person that looks out of proportion :rotfl:0 -
